These masks are one size fits most. They may be a little small for larger men. The masks are extremely comfortable and breathable, which is perfect for the summer heat. They can be washed in the washing machine with cold water on a gentle cycle and put in the dryer; however, I suggest hand washing in cold water with a color-safe detergent and letting them air dry. This will prevent any shrinking!
